# WalletIntel — Is this crypto wallet on the OFAC sanctions list, and how risky is it?

Three ways to pay: an AWS Marketplace subscription key (header X-API-Key: mp_..., billed on your AWS bill), x402 in USDC with no signup, or a prepaid card key (Authorization: Bearer wi_live_...). Errors are never billed.

## Quick Start
```
POST https://walletintel.waltsoft.net/v1/scan         {"address":"0x28c6c06298d514db089934071355e5743bf21d60"}
POST https://walletintel.waltsoft.net/v1/investigate  {"address":"0x28c6c06298d514db089934071355e5743bf21d60"}
POST https://walletintel.waltsoft.net/v1/batch        {"addresses":["0x...","bc1q...","T..."]}
Header: X-API-Key: mp_...   (or PAYMENT-SIGNATURE: <base64 x402 payment proof>)
```

## What You Get
- Sanctions: match against every crypto address on the U.S. Treasury OFAC SDN list (about 1,050, refreshed daily at 06:00 UTC), the listed party's name on a match, and the list date. Any address format: EVM, Bitcoin, Tron, Solana; add "chain" for other currencies.
- Risk score 0-100 and flags. For Ethereum, Base, Polygon and Arbitrum: balances, 30-day outbound activity; investigate adds Tornado Cash contract interactions, known exchanges and DeFi protocols, a counterparty sanctions sample and a written narrative (Amazon Nova 2 Lite).
- If the sanctions list or chain data cannot be read the API answers 503 (not billed); it never reports a wallet as clean because a source failed.

## Prices (x402)
scan $0.50, investigate $1.50, batch $1.00 per address (USDC on Solana or Base mainnet).

## MCP and A2A
- MCP (Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Gateway): https://waltsoft-marketplace-gateway-xncyjgs1uh.gateway.bedrock-agentcore.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/mcp — tool walletintel___walletintelQuery(api_key, path, address | addresses)
- A2A agent card: https://walletintel.waltsoft.net/.well-known/agent-card.json — skills screenWallet, investigateWallet, screenWallets
- OpenAPI 3: https://walletintel.waltsoft.net/openapi.json

## How to Pay (x402 Protocol)
1. POST the endpoint without payment → receive 402 with payment requirements
2. Sign a USDC transfer authorization for the amount shown
3. Base64-encode the signed proof as PAYMENT-SIGNATURE header
4. Retry the request → get your data
