# WalletIntel — Full API Documentation

> Crypto wallet sanctions screening (OFAC SDN, refreshed daily) and risk scoring; balances, activity and transaction-graph checks for EVM wallets.

## Endpoints (base https://walletintel.waltsoft.net/v1, JSON body; Marketplace keys may also use GET with query parameters)

### POST /scan
Body {"address": "...", "chain": "optional"}. Returns address, chain, risk_score, risk_level, flags, sanctions {ofac_match, sanctioned_entity, ofac_id, listed_currency, list, list_updated, addresses_on_list}, balances (EVM, else null), activity_summary (EVM, else null), coverage, timestamp.

### POST /investigate
EVM addresses only. Everything in /scan plus graph_analysis {mixer_hops, tornado_cash_exposure_pct, known_entity_interactions, cluster_size, related_addresses}, contract_interactions, counterparty_risk {high_risk_counterparties, sanctioned_counterparties, cex_withdrawal_pattern}, narrative, recommendations, job_id.

### POST /batch
Body {"addresses": [1-20 addresses]}. OFAC screening and risk score per address. Returns count, screened, list_updated, results[].

### GET /status/{jobId}
Status of an investigation (free).

## Risk score
80 OFAC match, 30 Tornado Cash contract interactions, 25 Tornado Cash volume, 20 high-risk counterparties, 20 sanctioned counterparties, 5 more than 500 outbound transfers in 30 days, 5 more than 100 counterparties; capped at 100. levels: low < 40 <= medium < 60 <= high < 80 <= critical.

## Data sources
OFAC SDN Advanced XML (U.S. Treasury) daily at 06:00 UTC; Alchemy (Ethereum, Base, Polygon, Arbitrum); CoinGecko ETH price (usd null when unavailable); Amazon Nova 2 Lite on Amazon Bedrock for the narrative.

## Authentication
- AWS Marketplace key: X-API-Key: mp_... (or Authorization: Bearer). Wrong or inactive key -> 401. Only 2xx answers are billed; a batch of up to 20 addresses is one call.
